Appointment Cancellation Policy

All services are completely transferrable!
If you are going to miss an appointment, 
you may designate anyone you wish to receive in your stead. 


If you opt to cancel, appointments terminated between 
36 and 24 hours prior to your scheduled time are charged 50%.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are charged 100%.

Why cancel, when you can send a friend?

Class Cancellation Policy
If you provide at least 1 week notice before the start of the class or series, you will be refunded your ticket price minus $50.
If you provide at least 48 hours notice before the start of the class or series, you will be refunded half your ticket price.
All cancellations within 48 hours of the start of the class or series WILL NOT be refunded.

***Family, friends, discount services, and even FREE services will be charged regular full-rate cancellation fees if not processed at least 36 hours prior to the appointment.  This applies to scheduled meetings with artists, as well.
