"My paintings combine aspects of surrealism, abstraction, and psychedelic visionary art. Using vibrant colors, mathematical forms, and repetition, I construct hypnotic spaces, which reflect inner meditative visions and explore the connection between the self and the alien other. In the future, I will extend these concepts beyond the canvas, and create more immersive experiences through installation art, virtual reality, video, and music production.
"Since 2011 I have been painting surreal mindscapes, mostly with acrylics. After graduating from the Santa Fe University of Art and Design in 2013, with a focus on studio art, I returned to my hometown of Austin, TX to pursue a life of art and music. I began sharing my art with the public in 2014, through live painting and social media. Since then, I have found a thriving community of like-minded artists, with whom I have been collaborating on various projects. When I’m not making art, I usually compose and produce electronic music, or perform live music. I have also explored interactive installation art and projection mapping, including a contribution to Meow Wolf’s “Nimbus” art installation in 2012."
After years of watching visionary artists struggling to secure wall space, we have the opportunity to combine our unique alternative healing center with an opportunity to present the artists I am inspired by to the people I work most closely with. May the work in our gallery provide you with inspiration and insight along your own creative journey.
